Adele Jones
Head of Private Clients
Adele leads the Integra team. She has spent the last 30 years working in financial services. She specialises in helping clients with complex planning requirements and family business structures, with expertise in succession and tax planning. Adele regularly works with a number of legal specialists and accountants to help her achieve her clients’ objectives. Client relationships are of the utmost importance to Adele as she guides her clients and their families throughout their lifetimes. As well as being client focused, Adele has been a Director and Shareholder of many successful businesses. She holds an extensive knowledge in business management and financial diligence and often advises clients in respect of their corporate structure and development.
JP Haywood
Financial Adviser
JP began her career as a registered scientist, after completing her BSC degree in Biochemistry. After the birth of her twin daughters, she retrained in finance. She now provides financial advice across a range of products to our clients. JP is also currently working towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new parts of the world or escaping to the ski slopes!

Erin McGonigle
Mortgage Adviser
Erin hails from Greenock in Scotland and began her career in mortgages with RBS in 2015. She most enjoys helping first time buyers onto the property ladder, but has experience in arranging mortgages for a wide range of different client types. Away from mortgages you will either find Erin in one of London’s leading eateries or on the slopes skiing like a pro (she really is that good). She is also addicted to the TV programme Real Housewives. But try not to hold that against her.
Shelini Meswania
Mortgage Adviser
Shelini has worked in the mortgage market since 2017 but has been working in finance since 2009. She prides herself on providing a truly personal service to her clients and is always available to them come rain or shine (although she prefers shine). Away from mortgages she enjoys combining her two loves of food and travel: regularly exploring new parts of the world and sampling their many cuisines along the way.

Since becoming ACCA qualified at 22 years of age, Amy developed her accountancy knowledge working for a large national accountancy. Amy is incredibly dedicated and passionate about building strong, trusted client relationships, making dealing with finances as effortless as possible for her clients. With a personal, hands-on approach, Amy is committed to understanding the pressures that clients face and offering tailored support. Outside of work Amy enjoys long walks and podcasts, going to the gym and the occasional bottomless brunch with the girls.

Cheryl Ormrod
Head of Administration and Finance
Cheryl started her career with an Insurance Broker where she spent ten years dealing with personal lines and commercial insurance before moving into financial services in 1993. Her roles have included supporting advisers with private clients and looking after group schemes for corporate clients. She has worked with small family-run firms, boutique high net worth advisers and a large national firm. She was also the Pensions Officer for a large, national Charity. A bit of a perfectionist but she cares deeply about the work she does. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family, long walks with her dog and baking cakes.
Becky Wotherspoon
Head of Marketing
Becky has worked in a wide range of marketing and communications roles for 25 years. She prides herself on creating interesting and insightful content and hates jargon. With a passion. So, she ensures that everything we produce is helpful and easy to digest. Away from work, when she’s not running around after her three children, she enjoys meeting with my book club. Where they occasionally discuss the books they’ve read. But mainly just chat and laugh. A lot.
